Healing is scarce in Noita. The only guaranteed ways to restore HP are the full health pickups found in Holy Mountains, the inside of a few bosses, and in few other locations scattered across the world. Crucially, Mina can't simply stroll into these places to replenish their hp, at least not without being invisible or clearing the path first, which is a high-risk play when already at low hp. That's the core problem.
Healing spells exist but are unreliably rare. The Healing Bolt is relatively common, but like the others, it has limited charges and can be difficult to hit yourself with it effectively.
There is, however, a source of infinite healing you can almost always count on: the Hiisi Healers (Parantajahiisi).
Mina typically encounters Hiisi Healers in the Hiisi Base where there is the highest concentration of them. These medics follow their allies around, firing healing projectiles when their comrades take damage. When no other Hiisi are nearby, the healer may follow Mina, effectively reverse-camping to heal whomever Mina injures. If Mina stands between the healer and their target, the projectile hits Mina instead, restoring 5 hp per shot.
A more reliable method is to charm them. Stain them with Pheromone, and they'll become Mina’s allies. Once charmed, they’ll heal Mina any time Mina's hp isn’t full. With this setup, you can recruit a personal healer (or two) in a Holy Mountain and return to them whenever Mina's hp dips, at least until you find a more portable healing method.
No Pheromone? Take a risk and explore the Ancient Laboratory for some, or brew it yourself by mixing Berserkium and Flummoxium, assuming they’re available.
Be gentle with your new friends, though. Hiisi Healers have low HP and their ex-allies will turn on them the moment they're charmed. Traitor!
